Who invested in our shares?
Anyone was welcome to apply for shares in our Co-operative but to make it more affordable for local people, a lower entry threshold applied to those living on the Isle of Wedmore. Residents of the villages and hamlets listed here qualified to invest any amount between £250 and £20,000. For those living outside the Isle of Wedmore, the minimum investment was £2,500 and the maximum £20,000.
