New chair for WCPC

At our board meeting on Monday, we elected Steve Mewes to replace Bob Hayter.
Bob had been at the helm of our Co-operative from the very start but felt it was time to make way for someone else. We're very grateful to Bob for all that he has done. He remains a board member.
